This video will give you some great solutions to clean stained concrete.

Long story short there’s a long burnout mark someone left in my parking lot. It looks bad on us when clients come by and see it. What’s the best way to remove all or even a little bit of the tire tracks? I heard using a power-washer works great. Any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

After a small bit of flooding in my garage, water wasn’t a huge issue however it has left the entire floor covered in dirt. It’s very hard (but possible) to sweep up however that will take hours and hours, i’m wondering if there’s any way to clean it up a little faster?
I was thinking a pressure washer but i’m worried it will turn back into mud and won’t move quite the way i want it to.

any ideas?
Also, to elaborate, when I say it would be very difficult to sweep up, I mean because the dirt is literally caked onto the floor and takes about 20 passes to lift up the dirt, hence the pressure washer idea (and concern)

Pressure wash roof eaves, using a needle nose tip and using an electric pressure washer for your roof eaves in this free painting video. My corner cutting landlord decided to use some sort of latex house paint to paint over concrete paint over concrete. It started bubbling and flaking immediately. Its about 250 sq ft of screened in patio space. Scraping it off is taking forever. We dont have a pressure washer, ground sander or want to use thinners our chemicals. Would anything speed up the process? Here is a picture of what we are talking about. We just want to get it smooth enough to repaint with the right paint.

I’m trying to repaint an old concrete porch. I’ve heard I should use a power washer or chemicals. Does anybody know how to do it properly?

Thanks

I need a quick and cheap solution to the green moss algae type junk growing on my concrete & pavers around my house.

I have never seen this stuff before at this house but this year it has been ridiculously wet and humid where I live so I am fairly certain the strange weather is the culprit. There really is not a ton of it, so normally I would just wait for the weather to dry up and it to subside on its own but we are trying to list our house for sale, and the pictures will look a lot better without the green in them.

The real problem is it JUST appears (we have had rain for the past some 5 days with temps still in the 80′s…you get the idea) and we are planning to list the house tomorrow evening. Today is a nice day (sunny and 80′s with no chance of rain) so I am hoping someone has a quick solution to get rid of this stuff for tomorrow.

I hesitate to use bleach or chemicals because the pavers are in the grass (not even in sand or anything…just in the grass) and I definitely do not want to hurt the lawn.

I have heard a few rumors of using a pressure washer, which I think I can get my hands on tonight, but I have heard mixed reviews on how well this actually works.

Thanks for any tips!

Before roof coatings can be applied, the roof needs to be as clean as possible to ensure adhesion. Remember, a roof coating only works when it is fully adhered to the substrate. In this video, the existing PVC roof is very chalky and dirty. Pressure washing removes loose dirt and debris and creates a clean surface for the primer or topcoat. Extremely dirty or greasy roofs should be washed with a mild detergent or degreaser and rinsed thoroughly. Let the roof dry completely before applying any coating. How clean should the roof be? Rub your fingers on the roof. If your fingers stay clean, your roof is ready. Lexis contractors understand the importance of a clean roof and take no shortcuts.

How can I get "waterproofing" paint off of concrete? Some of it is peeling off but most of it is really on there. I have tried paint remover and using a grinder with a wire brush but it didn’t do much. I have gotten some of it off with a hammer and chisel. I am thinking of trying either a pressure washer or maybe a "diamond wheel" on my grinder. Am I going in the right direction or is their something else that will get it off?

The rear break was locked up but i had to get the car out of the garage so I powered through and got out to the street. I left behind a skid mark from inside of my garage all the way to the street (and in the street to). Now I need to get rid of the mark (real trashy-looking on my new driveway). heard of a few methods: degreaser, bleach, Diesel, lava soap, pressure washer, etc. but which on is the best, and how do I use it/them to remove the mark w/ marking up the driveway more or worse ruining it?

My driveway is turning black from mold and humidity. I’ve tried cleaning it with a pressure washer, but it doesn’t get rid of it all. Should I be using a special soap or cleaning agent in addition to the pressure washer? If so, what is the best product? (I don’t want to contract it out)

Here is the thing there was a fire in a big metal garage about 50′ high 50′ wide, –it’s a pretty big box. I was thinking to use pressure washer 0 degree nozzle to reach to the ceiling with commercial bleach to let it penetrate for 10 min or so and then wash it off. Do you think that will do the trick or should I do something else?

The roof has a slight pitch almost flat 9′ x 26′. This part of the roof is entirely covered with moss . What do you recommend ? Pressure washer ? Chemicals ?

What brand and type and power level of pressure washer should I buy to clean OIL Stains off the driveway?

Would I need electric or gas powered? I got some tough stains on my driveway street area’s that I want to clean up. My car USED to leak oil and I hate the oil stains onb the ground…They are kind of OLD stains and I tried all types of chemicals already to clean them but they didn’t completely work. I want to try a pressure washer / cleaner now.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

my brother was using his asphalt sealer sprayer for first time.
he was using boards as gaurds but the wind still blew the sealent everywhere. Also the sealent was bouncing off the drive way and back into the air.
Now we have a huge mess on the driveway curbs and garage door and surrounding bricks.
We really need to clean the mess up but it is drying really quick and not sure what we can use once completely dry.
we are using a pressure washer but it is not helping much, any ideas on how to clean it up would be appreciated. Also how do you spray a drive way if there is alittle wind without getting it all over the place.

Don’t say i am stupid or dangerous or whatever but here is the story. My friends and i were hanging out and were kinda bored. but we had so gas and were putting it in cups and burning it. the cups would melt down the gas would pour out and there would be a bunch of burning gas on the road. so now we have a few big black marks on our road for were the gas was burning. How do i get it off? i am just going to go hit it with our pressure washer. What do you think. I know we are dumb asses that’s not the question.

We just bought some new rock and used the jet setting on the hose to clean it off, but it still seems like there’s some stubborn grime on them. I don’t think a pressure washer will work much better than the jet setting.
Are there any chemicals (Natural or synthetic) that clean them off? Vinegar, maybe? We don’t really want to take 1.5 tons of rock and do the whole wheelbarrow, sifter, water thing.
Please help! Thanks!

The spots come off with a pressure washer, but I literally have to sit there and cover every square inch which would take over 2 hours. Is there some type of chemical I can buy that can be used in conjunction with an industrial broom?
